梯齿环符合DIN22258 Part1 1983标准,高于国内MT/T 99-1997标准，在制造过程中选择了富含Cr、Ni、Mo合金元素的高合金钢和多重热处理工艺，以确保其（平立两用）与配套链轮的配合，安全运行。梯齿环表面经过特殊防腐处理，延长了使用寿命。

梯齿型接链环垂直安装使用时，一定要注意装配方向，保证上方箭头与传动方向一致

The T-tooth connector comply to the standard DIN 22258 part 1 ,which exceed the requirements in China Standard MT/T99-1997 .The tensile and fatigue performance is particularly impressive and has been achieved by careful selection of raw material include Cr,Ni and Mo and heat treatment during the manufacturing process. 

The perfect engagement with sprocket either in Horizontal or Vertival has been achived .The surfaces of T -tooth connector have been treated through anti-corrosion process to expand its work life.

Please be aware of the fitting direction when assembling for vertical use, keep the top arrow direction  with the transmission direction.

疲劳试验最小40000次；品均应力150N/mm²；振幅±100N/mm²；KV冲击试验最小55J（典型的70J）

*定义检查磨损和损坏

*每三个月或是完成100万吨过煤量进行检查（如果用于转载机需要每个月检查一次）

*不要在两个接链环中插入其他部件

Assembly and Maintenance

An instruction leaflet is supplied with each T-tooth connector which gives guidance o correct assembly ad maintenance.

.Regularly check for wear or damage and free from dust.

.Fully examine every 3 months or 1M tonnes conveyed whichever is the sonner (For BSL use,examine monthly)

.Do not interchange components between connectors
